Acceptance

By using this website, signing up for a trial, or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

Trial offer

The $59 two-week trial provides access to classes for two consecutive weeks from the start date you confirm with us. The $59 charge is one-time and non-refundable once your first class has been attended. If you cannot attend any classes within your two-week window, contact us before your trial start date to reschedule.

Membership

Continued training after the trial requires a separate membership agreement. Terms of membership will be presented at the end of your trial. There is no automatic conversion from trial to membership.

Liability

Martial arts training carries inherent physical risk. By training at Guido's, you accept that risk and agree that Guido's Martial Arts Academy, its instructors, and its staff are not liable for injuries sustained during normal training, except in cases of gross negligence. A separate waiver and release will be signed at your first class.

Conduct

We expect respectful conduct from every student, parent, and visitor. Behavior that disrupts class, endangers other students, or violates the school's character standards may result in dismissal without refund.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a new "Last updated" date.
