Class Format

How The Class Runs.

60-minute classes. Striking fundamentals, partner drills, conditioning, and live coaching. Belt progression follows clear standards. Sparring is introduced gradually with full safety equipment, only when the student is ready and the parent agrees.

“Teachers work above and beyond. My kid is more focused at school, more respectful at home, and proud of what he's earning.”
Katherine Provchy, parent
Common Questions

Before You Try.

Will my kid get hurt?
Bumps and bruises happen in any sport. Serious injuries are rare. Sparring is introduced slowly and with full equipment, and only with parent agreement.
Is this just karate by another name?
No. MMA blends striking from multiple traditions, scaled to the right age. The techniques are real and the framework is martial arts. The marketing label is what differs.
Can my kid switch to BJJ later?
Yes. Many students train both. The $59 trial gives access to every program your kid's age qualifies for, including BJJ.

Juniors MMA. Two Weeks. $59.
