What They Learn

Skills That Show Up Everywhere.

Quiet confidence

BJJ kids learn what they can do without needing to prove it. Bullies look for easy targets and rarely find one in a kid who trains.

Leverage over strength

A small student can outwork a bigger one with technique.

Live training, full effort, low injury

BJJ allows full intensity rolling without the risks of striking.

Cognitive load

BJJ is chess on the mat. Kids who like puzzles thrive here.

Mental toughness

Losing positions, working back, learning from every roll.

Class Format

How The Class Runs.

60-minute classes. Warm-up, technique of the day, drilling, and supervised live rolling for students who are ready. Belt progression follows IBJJF kids' belt standards. Beginner-friendly: every class assumes someone is on day one.

Common Questions

Before You Try.

My kid is small. Will they get crushed?
BJJ is the martial art most forgiving of size. Technique beats strength on the mat. Smaller students often progress faster because they learn leverage instead of relying on muscle.
How is this different from wrestling?
BJJ uses submissions and positions wrestling does not allow. The strategic depth is different and so is the pace.
Can my kid train both MMA and BJJ?
Yes. Many do. The $59 trial includes both.
